We arrived much later than expected due to some travel complications and we were not able to communicate this with him. He made us a delicious breakfast in the morning with pancakes, coffee, and fresh fruit from the property. We felt at home and extended our stay.

We appreciated a huge shower corner, shared kitchen and perfect breakfast. I am not sure how complicated is to reach city center from here as it’s about 2km far away. We had our own car and there was parking place available. You should stay here!

Bambuda Castle is a hostel located in Boquete, a small town in Panamas coffee region. The property features a bar, swimming pool and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful staff, giving tips about things to do in Boquete. The hostel itself is beautiful with an amazing view from the bar/restaurant. The vibes were great too with the other guests!

Also the location is perfect, everything is pretty close in distance, and the restaurant downstairs was really good.

The cabins are simple, but the place has good vibes. There was nobody there as it was rainy season, but I bet it is cool during the dry season with lots of stuff going on. The guy who was taking care of the place, probably the owner, is friendly and easy-going. Cash only payments. Surfers must like this place.
