Honestly, the best hostel I've ever stayed at! The owners were the most welcoming, loving and caring people. They made sure to talk to everyone, they even remembered the names of every single person who stayed there at the moment. The whole place was super clean and well kept. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The living room is amazing to hang out, watch tv, play games or get to know the other guests (and make some new friends!). Would highly recommend staying there. You would not be disappointed!

Situated in the town of Ohakune, on the edge of Tongariro National Park, LKNZ Lodge & Cafe is within 5 minutes' walk of restaurants, bars and shops. It features a sauna, hot tubs and an on-site cafe. Friendly, helpful and lovely staff 😊 Clean and cozy room, equiped with everything you need for a short stay. Only a short drive to the Mangawhero Falls in the tongariro National Park. Only a short walk to the world's largest carrot 😉

Milli Park'ta, Ruapehu Dağı'na 15 km mesafede yer alan National Park Backpackers'ta bahçe, ücretsiz özel otopark, ortak salon ve barbekü olanakları bulunur. Central location with a restobar and mini golf course just beside, and fuel station/convenience store within 2 mins walking distance. Shuttles from to/from Tongariro Crossing starts from the hostel and can be booked directly at the reception, which is very convenient. Showers are consistently hot, which is really needed after a long day of hiking. Kitchen well equipped. Overall this is the perfect hostel to stay in National Park.

Erua'da, Ruapehu Dağı'na 21 km, Taranaki Şelalesi'ne ise 22 km uzaklıkta yer alan The Crossing Lodge & Backpackers ortak oturma alanı, tüm alanlarda ücretsiz WiFi erişimi ve arabayla gelen konuklar... Loved the hidden movie room! We stayed there to avoid a storm before we did the crossing and we loved it!

Raurimu'da Ruapehu Dağı'na 21 km uzaklıkta yer alan Slalom Lodge bahçe, ücretsiz özel park yeri, ortak oturma alanı ve restoranı ile konaklama olanağı sunmaktadır. Receptionist was very kind. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is nice big and clean.
