Newly opened and refurbished in October 2020, Wanderlust NZ is a waterfront hostel located in a historical building in downtown Tauranga. The staff is brilliant. Amazing balcony to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. Really comfortable beds. Clean and safe.

Rotorua Downtown Backpackers is a modern hostel is located in the heart of Rotorua across the road from the I-Site and major bus lines. The staffs are all friendly and kind!! I enjoyed talking with them and also other guests

Located on a quiet street opposite Blake Park, Seagulls Guesthouse offers free fibre WiFi and is a 5-minute walk from Mount Maunganui Beach. amazing! Paul is such a nice guy! very clean and relaxed

Located in Mount Maunganui, Pacific Coast Lodge and Backpackers is an award-winning hostel, located at 500 metres from the beach and next to Blake park. The atmosphere, the facilities, the staff. The beds are great, and they have a nice tv room and Ping pong table. Also they organize some fun activities regularly. It’s a great place to meet nice people :)

Haka House Rotorua is located next to Kuirau Park which features geothermal activity. It is the most organized, clean, comfortable hostel with excellent facilities that I have stayed in.

Johnny showed us around, all good. Everyone friendly. Room was great. Shower very good.Beds comfortable. Outside seating. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Seating area to eat. Outside washing lines. Very spacious. Well maintained and looked after place. Really enjoyed it here. Would definitely recommend.

Obiekt Stay Hostel Rotorua znajduje się w miejscowości Rotorua. Odległość ważnych miejsc od obiektu: Stadion Rotorua – 4,3 km, Park dzikich zwierząt Paradise Valley Springs – 11 km. The lady at check in was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms and showers were very private and clean. Everything was small but enough room to be comfortable. Extremely fast and reliable WIFI.

Featuring a garden and a shared lounge, Rotorua Central Backpackers is set in Rotorua. Free WiFi is provided. Rotorua is 700 metres from the hostel, while Papamoa is 49 km from the property. The kitchen was great....but they had homeless living there and that made it not so gooood. I would have said this was soooo great if I had not had to share a room with a homeless person that snored and covid cough all night. The location is amazing, the staff was WONDERFUL, the place was clean and I loved the PINK bathroom. BUt sadly NZ is NOT ready for tourism the tourist info closed indefinatley and nobody know whats happening or who to get anywhere, using the bus was a NIGHTMARE....
