The guys that run the place are so friendly and welcoming. Rizmi will do whatever he can to make your stay great, whether it’s a surf, a ride or a party :) Coming here felt like coming home & I ended up staying much longer than expected.

I stayed at shine Rise Hostel for a couple of weeks whilst in Arugam Bay and I loved it! The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to help, the hostel was always clean and tidy, beds were comfy towels soft and I made some lovely friends in the chill out areas. The place was on the beach and there have wonderful bar also Location is great We look forward to visit again this place Would definitely recommend.
