The chef whipped up amazing meals, delicious hot drinks, and even transformed the space into a bar at night, perfect for socializing with fellow travelers. Location, Location, Location! 📍 The hostel's central location was another big plus. It wasn't too far from the train station, making it easy to explore Beppu, the "Hot Springs Mecca" of Japan. Young, Energetic Vibe ⚡️ The overall atmosphere at was cool, laid-back, and full of young, energetic travelers. Yufuin Country Road Youth Hostel is a completely non-smoking property with free Wi-Fi throughout, a public hot-spring bath and a multi-lingual staff. Very homey hostel with onsen bath. Also has free parking area for guests who drive a car like us. Location even not in the city but not too far. If have chance, would like to go back again. Breakfast was tasty

Situated in downtown Beppu, International Inn KOKAGE is an old establishment but offers clean and simple Japanese-style rooms. It features free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The most adorable hotel at such a great atmosphere and sweet woman running it. She offered free coffee and we had the privilege of learning about the history of this hotel. Thank you!

日本旅館 松亀荘 features rooms with free WiFi in Beppu, well located 1 km from Beppu Station and 400 metres from Beppu Tower. Location was great and room was very comfy. We love the Japanese style ryokan. The facility also has its own onsen and laundromat machines so everything was quite convenient.
