Had a really great experience in Glocal Hostel and Nagoya as a whole! The owner was willing to allow me to check in past the usual check-in hours and also provided clear instructions, and also cared for your well-being (really liked that he greeted you with "itterasshai!" everytime I went out :D). It's also very near to the Nagoya station, with amenities all available and working well. I had no complaints at all and I wished I could have stayed longer.

When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and a sweet small talk. On the checkout day, it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella. They kindly gave me a free umbrella to go home, real nice of them.

If you can talk with stranger friend, this is paradise. I can't wait add this to my favourite for next visiting. Not just the price,once you stay in nagoya over 5days, you will find how fabulous this hostel is.

Nagoya İstasyonu'nun yakınında, şehir merkezindeki bir alışveriş caddesinde yer alan alışılmadık küçük bir han. Nisan 2015'te açılmıştır. The futon was very comfortable and the space was overall very quiet. All the shared facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, as the local endoji has several charming restaurants, cafes, and other local businesses. I highly recommend seeing a kabuki play at the theater next door, as it is fun, modern, good value for money, welcoming to tourists, and you don't need to speak Japanese to understand it. There's also a FamilyMart down the street for convenience and you're near two different metro lines to get anywhere you want to go.

Tokoname'de, Nippon Gaishi Hall'a 28 km mesafede yer alan FRUOR Tokoname, klimalı konaklama birimleri ve ortak salonuyla hizmet vermektedir. The staff here are amazing! They only spoke a little English, but they were so helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. They also allowed us to use the upstairs lounge as a space for meetings, which was super helpful. We were also able to store our luggage here before and after our stay so that we could explore the town without being weighed down by our luggage. They also assigned us to rooms in a way that allowed our group of 11 to stay together or next to each other. Super thoughtful!
