Open from June 2015, Glocal Nagoya Backpackers Hostel offers modern accommodation, just a 7-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station. Guests can enjoy various beverages at the on-site bar or cafe. The location and its price are exceptional. The room I used is also clean and cozy. Everyday, all rooms and bathrooms, shower-area are cleaned as well. All you have to do is to have a relationship with your roommates. Actually, I liked staying here.. If you are a person like me, you'll never regret choosing here as your accommodation during your travel.

They shared many insights about the history and highlights of Asuke, making me feel as though I had become a part of this beautiful town. I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.

Great hostel in a tiny building with the best staff I met in Japan who were smiling, opened to conversations and helpful! They provide free tea/coffee and can store your luggage even before check-in!

The property was clean and in a great location for things and accessing public transport. The place was really social and the manager Romain was lovely and made us feel really welcome

Set in Nagoya and within 1.8 km of Nagoya Station, Usatsuno Osu features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. First of all staff was really helpful. They went out of their way to find us taxis in a tricky situation. Then its in between nagoya station and osu shopping streets so you are walking distance to main shopping and nightlife areas in nagoya. Plus they allow you to keep the luggage before and after your stay so you can make use of most of your time without having to use lockers.

Great stay for adventurers exploring Nagoya. The lounge was very cosy and comfortable, a great place to meet other like-minded adventurers. The izakaya that is run by the host on the first floor was great fun, adding to the authentic japanese atmosphere and a great source of alcohol for a fun evening. Host was a lovely japanese lady that is very accommodating even though she is busy running both the hostel as well as the izakaya.

A slightly unusual small inn in a downtown shopping street near Nagoya Station. Opened in April 2015. Comfortable stay for a good price.
