Very nice staff who organised some fun activities, they also tried to remember your name which was really nice! There were a lot of great facilities (portable wifi router, shampoo, washer and dryer, free tampons etc.), good kitchen, really nice bar and garden! Close to the lake and Como centre. Next to a supermarket which was open 24 hrs a day. Absolutely loved this hostel.
