Staff let me borrow a multi-plug on a 2m lead dilute to the tlroom only having 2 sockets. BIG thanks for that :) They sent a WhatsApp message with really helpful info like restaurants etc. Good atmosphere (with the exception of ignorant guests.)

Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, beautiful garden and spacious common areas. The staff are nice, friendly and welcoming. They're knowledgeable about tours, transport, local food and nearby tourist attractions. The girls are so helpful and kind, the kind of staff that makes Snooze Ijen a very special place. It is basic and outside of town center, but that makes it way better than other options (you don't want to stay in Malang center). Beds are comfy and private. Included breakfast is hearty healthy and delicious. They arrange all the tours (Bromo, Sewu, etc) at great comparative rates. Best of all, the hosts are phenomenal!.. Helpful, happy, engaging, and will do whatever it takes to make your stay and experience in the area as awesome as possible. Highly recommend staying here!
