Set in Bromo, 50 km from Mount Bromo, Bromo Dormitory & Camp offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. At first we were a little worried because the road from the main road to the camp is quite bumpy and rocky. But once we arrived, all was good. There are cubicle style beds in one building, upper and lower. Each one has a window that opens to a lovely view of the hillside. Each has an individual lamp and power outlet, and are clean and very comfortable. There are six individual showers, so one was always available. The family that owns it will make food and they have bintang beer so you don't have to go out after you get back from your outing. They also made us breakfast to go as we had a long drive the next day. They arranged a tour for us to Mount Bromo the day before, which was late on our part, but they did it. They also found us a driver to take us all the way to the Bali ferry at Ketapang, which we really appreciated. The tour guide picks you up at the hostel for the tour. It was really great value for the money spent, and we would definitely stay there again.

Snooze Malang in Malang provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a terrace. Property was very clean and spacious. Bright and colourful atmosphere which beautiful plant decor. Property is in close walking distance from heritage street and rainbow village which are the two best places to go to.

I can highly recommend staying here. The hostel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostels is attached to am orphanage. If you like and tell ahead of time, you can join them for dinner (for a donation). Its a lovely experience and the food is delicious. The bathroom is clean and quite modern. I stayed at the private room, which is quite big and comfortable. There is a fan in the room.

Situated in Banyuwangi, 18 km from Watu Dodol, Snooze Ijen features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. We had a great stay at Snooze Ijen. The hostel is a beautiful house with garden. Our private room was spacious and had a private bathroom as well. Late check in was also possible which was very convenient for us. They are amazingly well organized and provide tons of information about restaurants, day trips and transportation to Bali e.g. We booked an Ijen tour through them which was amazing. Would definitely come back!

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, Ijen Backpacker is set in Banyuwangi, 6.1 km from Watu Dodol. Look no further! This is the coolest hostel I stayed in Java. Everything was perfect. Very clean, the most comfortable bed I slept in, delicious breakfast with a lot of fruits. Very helpful stuff.

Featuring a bar, Shelter Hostel Malang is located in Malang in the East Java region, 400 metres from Alun-alun Tugu and less than 1 km from Taman Rekreasi Kota. Everything was perfect!! We booked a double bed and it was super big and comfortable - everything was clean and you had curtains to make your own „private“ space!! The best Hostel we have stayed!! ☺️ it looks so much better in real life as it does on the pictures - and that‘s not oftem the case!

Järjesti ja auttoi meitä kaikessa mitä vain tarvitsimme. Tunsimme olevamme kuin osa perhettä. Tästä jäi vain ihania muistoja ja suosittelemme kaikkia tulemaan tänne. Ruoka oli hyvää ja saimme maistella puutarhan hedelmiä. Heiltä saa matkoja hyvään hintaan ja sinun ei tarvitse kuin nauttia matkasta, he hoitavat aivan kaiken. Lähdimme bussilla Banyuwangiin ja Vicon vaimo teki meille ruokaa evääksi, kun heräsimme bussissa nälkäisinä, oli kuin taivaan lahja saada syödä herkullista, rakkaudella tehtyä ruokaa. Good Feeling Ijen Banyuwangi is located in the Banyuwangi district of Banyuwangi, and is 15 km from Watu Dodol. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Loved the cuteness of the place and how caring the staff were. They even put my name on the door. Very good security and looked after my bicycle for me! I would definitely stay again!
