Everything was very neat and clean, organised. Very big and clean kitchen with dinning hall, where you can cook your own food. Exactly in the town center. Walking distance from shops and super market(Co Op).

Portree Youth Hostel is located in Portree’s city centre. This hostel features a shared dining area and a communal lounge. The property is within 300 metres from many shops, bar and restaurants. Portree’s small port and its coloured houses are 600 metres away. Really cosy place, a large kitchen and common space, clean and quiet, loved it!
Kyleakin
The hostel provides guest rooms and dormitories with free WiFi access, as well as views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Some rooms have a TV, and most rooms have a private external/internal bathroom, while others have access to a shared bathroom. All of the rooms and dormitories provide bed linen. Very clean room and bathroom. Unbelievable location, very great place to stay as a base on Isle of Skye. Staff was very friendly, the Scots, Italian and Lithuanian. Didn’t get names but very good workers.
Broadford
Located in Broadford, within 15 km of Kyle of Lochalsh and 29 km of Eilean Donan Castle, Broadford Backpackers Hostel provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. staying here was a very pleasant experience. more than being in a hostel, you felt at home. the house was extremely clean, and you could make use of the fully equipped kitchen and the living room as if it was your own home. would definitely recommend.

Facing the seafront in Kyleakin, Skye Backpackers features barbecue facilities. Among the various facilities are a garden and a shared lounge. Both free WiFi and private parking are available at the hostel. Welcoming and clean, great atmosphere. Has everything you would need.
Broadford
Overlooking Broadford Bay, Broadford Youth Hostel provides easy access to coastal walks on the Isle of Skye and is just 15 miles from the famous Cuillin mountain range. A communal garden is also available for guests to use. Good location, good spirit and mood. Very clean, good people.

The hostel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are clean and bright and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bunk beds are fixed to the walls so you don't get shaken about when the person in the other bunk turns over or gets out of bed.
I had been concerned by previous poor reviews but hostel was much better than I expected. It was very basic but had all the facilities needed. Plenty of space in kitchen and sitting area with two cookers and fridges and multiple tables and chairs. Handy for restaurants or Supermarket to get food to cook. Bunk bed was fine so no complaints and a good start to my cycling tour.
An impeccable service, friendly staff and fellow backpackers. Excellent value for money and in an extremely scenic location. Probably the best hostel I have every stayed in.

Great location & a top hostel.
The host lets you get on with your stay in private, you are greeted on arrival and a farewell as you leave. Great location, cheap for Portree, so take it for what it is, if you want top quality accommodation then pay the extra and stay somewhere else!! This property is not B&B, but the host kindly supply’s cereal
Lovely well appointed modern property. Spacious. Loved having two bathrooms. Although there were 6 lodges on the plot, I still felt it was private and quiet. I didn’t mind that it was behind the funeral directors and backpackers hostel. Easy parking. Close shops and restaurants. We liked the large dining table. Comfy couch and big tv. We appreciated the manager came to check on us during the heavy rainstorm.
This isn’t a hotel. It’s a youth hostel
Room was good. It had 2 bunk beds which were not too bad. Location of the hostel was very nice. There was a small pantry consists of microwave and a kettle. Tea bags, coffee and sugar were also provided.
Excellent staff and good facilities. Having also stayed in the nearby hostel I prefer Saucy Mary's as the bunk beds are better designed and easier and safer to get into.
