Situated in Achiltibuie, Acheninver Hostel has a garden, BBQ facilities and free WiFi. The hostel features family rooms. Certain rooms have a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave. Everything! Wish I could have stayed longer - Ruth is a very friendly host - the hostel is located almost on the beach, the views is amazing and rooms very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are very clean and even get towels. Kitchen is well equipped and dinning room is very cozy.

Bazpackers is well situated in Inverness, and features a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. This 4-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and luggage storage space. Location, friendly welcome, kitchen and the spacious bunk space with privacy curtain. The staff were kind, welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Ideally set in the centre of Inverness, Inverness Student Hotel features free WiFi, a shared lounge and free private parking for guests who drive. Very friendly place to stay with a definite student atmosphere

Hartfield House Hostel offers pet-friendly accommodation in Applecross. Free private parking is available on site. Covered weather protection for our motorbikes was a big plus. Shared dining was spacious and well fitted out, everything that you would need. We arrived at teatime without food and for a reasonable price were offered pizza for dinner and porridge for breakfast, what more could you ask for.

Portree Youth Hostel is located in Portree’s city centre. This hostel features a shared dining area and a communal lounge. The property is within 300 metres from many shops, bar and restaurants. The hostel is really clean. It is well-equipped, with separate bathroom in the bedroom, and shared kitchen. Everywhere is clean. Besides, the staff are really helpful. It is wonderful experience to stay here.

On Scotland’s far west coast, The Mission Bunkhouse in Mallaig offers simple hostel accommodation right opposite the train station and seconds from the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry terminal. perfect location for quick morning traject on Skye, next to food store. Nice staff really helpfull.

Situated at the foot of Ben Nevis, the long-established Glen Nevis Youth Hostel is just 3 miles from the large town of Fort William. Glen Nevis Youth Hostel was easilly my favourite hostel stop on my trip. It's out of the town, right in the Glen, and so close to Ben Nevis. The view from the terrace is beautiful! The kitchen is big and well-equipped, the lounge is nice with a fireplace and beautiful furniture - a nice spot for an afternoon glass! They also have quite nice bathrooms.
