The property is around 2.2 km from El Ejido Park, 5.9 km from Iñaquito Mall and 6 km from La Carolina Park. 4 bed dorm was comfortable (I was the only person!) and with plenty of storage space. Daily activities on the rooftop with a beautiful view of the city, and good food there. Staff are super friendly. I highly recommend taking their walking tour, it was very interesting and informative.

The best place we stayed in Quito.Great location with restaurants and cafes nearby,not far from the historic center.The room was large and cozy,the hosts were super friendly and helpful,they spoke English very well,gave us many useful informations,also allowed us to store our stuffs after check out for a few days .There are lockers,filter water and a clean shared kitchen on the top floor,you can also get a amazing city view from there. Plus,they offer fast laundry service too!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here while having eye surgery conveniently nearby. I am rebooking for a friend today. The facilities are well maintained, spotlessly clean, comfortable and the staff most helpful and understanding of our needs. Breakfast is healthful and excellent. Two small items installed in the rooms would add to the comfort of guests, a hot pot and a table lamp. Great value for the price.

Only 500 metres from Foch Square, Posada del Maple has practical rooms with private bathrooms. It features a common living room with a fireplace and a small patio with plants. You should definitely consider staying at this hotel when in Quito. It's centrally located on perhaps the most charming street in the city, lined with old plane trees. The atmosphere is charming, artsy, and peaceful, almost like a homestay. The patio is fantastic, adorned with numerous potted plants. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always ready to help. Plus, they serve a nice breakfast! Highly recommended!!
