Situated in Yuanyang in the Yunnan Region, Jacky's Guesthouse features a sun terrace and views of the mountain. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. We had a wonderful stay at Jacky's Guesthouse. The house is located at the lower end of the village and our room had an open view out into the rice fields. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Jacky is super nice and a great host! He picked us up at the train station and dropped us off for the bus to Banna, which he organized for us. He also prepared food and gave valuable recommendations for our hike. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and I highly recommend his place if you are looking for a nice, local experience and a friendly host.

Amazing host, comfortable room for reasonable price. They accommodate your requests with utmost care. Airport pickup service was convenient, and we had a day trip to Baisha arranged by the host. I will come back!

Located in the centre of Wuhua District, Kunming, Kunming Upland International Youth Hostel offers simple yet comfortable accommodation with free WiFi in public areas. Highly recommend this hostel! I was upgraded to a deluxe private room with breakfast included. It felt like a lot of care and thought went into the room, with a cute view of the courtyard, bottled water and tea. Breakfast was amazing! The hostel is in a great location for exploring Emerald Lake, Wenlin Street and the ‘old street’ and main shopping malls - as well as close to a subway station. Staff were super helpful whenever needed, and the place had a happy vibe overall.
