Highly recommend El Patagonico for anyone visiting Puerto Natales and especially if you are going to Torres del Paine, since it is super close to the bus station. The staff is really helpful and even let us keep our bags for one night while we went to TDP and slept overnight in a camp there. They also helped us rent some hiking equipment. Nice community feeling and good, clean rooms.

The bathrooms and rooms themselves were cleaned everyday and kept super clean for everyone. The breakfast area was very nice and organized as well. Furthermore, the hotel itself sets a very comfy and warm environment for the guests providing one with a very homey feeling.
