Our host was very friendly and helped us with useful tips. We felt very welcomed! The rooms were clean and quiet. The bathroom although separate was private. I would definitely recommend the hostel to others.

This is a very cute hostel with incredible owners. We decided to stay here the night before and after trekking in the Torres del Paine park. The owners were very helpful, also allows us to buy a gas there and leave our luggage while we went to do the trek. The rooms are cozy, clean and spacious. The common spaces are also great, it includes big kitchen for cooking. We had a lovely stay and it made our experience in Patagonia even better!

Boasting a terrace, Hostal Boutique Factoria Patagonia offers accommodation in Puerto Natales, located 2.9 km from the bus station. This was not only a comfortable and convenient place to stay, we found very kind people, excellent service, great breakfast (super good). Stephany, Mercelo, and Mary were amazing. Thank you Stephany for your kindnesses. We will return for sure.

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The staff were incredibly helpful, going well beyond expectations, for example helping us navigate the Torres del Paine website to buy passes. The hostel is well situated in the old town and has all the facilities we needed.

Great rooms with private bathroom and shower, very very comfortable beds, shoe rack outside the rooms (very important as hiking gear is smelly, I've been in some very smelly dorms with shoes everywhere), great knowledgable staff, beautiful venue, great wifi, barista made coffee, quiet, stylish. The host is so kind and sweet, even with our language difference we got by an felt welcomed and safe. Very comfortable and clean, good facilities and close walk to most things in town. Would recommend.
