My first stay was very good. At my arrival at the second time I was warmly welcomed like a frequenter. This is the difference between just being a client or a guest. In Hostal Factoria I always felt as a welcome guest. The rooms are comfortable, nice and tidy (I got a nice room with a view on the fjord). The hotel is located downtown close to the beautiful shoreline. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and supportive. As I had to checkout early in the morning a breakfast package was prepared. I highly recommend Hostal Factoria!

The staff were incredibly helpful, going well beyond expectations, for example helping us navigate the Torres del Paine website to buy passes. The hostel is well situated in the old town and has all the facilities we needed.

With an excellent location right in the city centre, Wild Hostel offers accommodations in Puerto Natales. Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are served a daily complimentary American breakfast.... We used the hostel before and after the W Trek and were able to store the luggage there. The rooms were in the backyard, we had enough space to prepare for our trip. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
