The room is of a decent size, with a comfortable bed and pillows; I was able to have great nights of sleep. The bathroom is large and spacious, the shower has good water pressure and temperature (which was great during these cold days), and furthermore, it also has a towel dryer (which also serves as a heater for the bathroom). The kitchen has all the necessary equipment in case you want to cook something, along with a large refrigerator with space for all guests to store their items, each with their numbered compartment. Federico is a very friendly and attentive person, he sent the information about the house two days in advance, providing all the step-by-step instructions to access the accommodation and use the facilities.

Luggage storage after check out was provided. It wasn't a social vibe but that was perfectly fine for us. It was a short walk to all of the restaurants and cafes in the Lastarria neighbourhood - if you're after a clean and comfortable stay I highly recommend!
