Location was great, as were the staff. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Enjoyed the rooftop balcony. The only issue we experienced was the noise from the street at night - which was very loud - but, of course, this was not the fault of the hostel.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Excelente ubicacion, ambiente tranquilo y acogedor
We stayed for 6 days and all the staff were exceptional; friendly and attentive. The rooms, common areas and bathrooms were kept super clean and the kitchen was well equipped when we needed to cook. The hostel is in a great and safe location with plenty of lovely restaurants and bars all around. It is also close to the metro and walking distance from Lastarria. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you to all the staff for their care.
Absolutely huge and lovely place.
My female dorm was far from any noise course so I rested very well.
There are several kitchens and U used the one that was never crowdy.
Great location and good wifi. Clean bathroom and hot water
Friendly staff.
U can wait before check-in/after checkout in a very cosy area.
So far best hostel I had during my south America trip.
This hostel is just amazing! Extremely clean, with toilette and shower inside the room, very comfortable beds and nice staff! Probably the best hostel in town (I have tried a few). The area around is also nice with many restaurants, quite local, but still walking distance from the city center. It felt safe and it is a 10 min walking distance from the bus stop to get to the airport (in 30 mins). Highly reccomended!
It was extremely clean and the facility’s were kept clean as well.
It’s a bit pricey for backpackers on a budget so it was very quiet compared to all the other hostels, I actually had the whole dorm to my self.
The shower and bathroom facility’s were incredible.
Maison Italia was absolutely fantastic - super attentive staff, gorgeous rooms, great location and a lovely home cooked breakfast included. The team were super helpful, accommodating early check-in and facilitating our room change while we were out. As a budget traveller, it was a welcome reprieve from hostels. The attention to detail was second to none - we would go back in a heartbeat.
Best hostel for meeting people, very friendly and lots of coming areas. Had an organised BBQ while I was there. Good size kitchen and dining area. Had all facilities needed.
hot showers, kitchen, breakfast was good (not the best but also not bad), wifi worked well, social hostel - easy to meet people
The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the next metro station. The metro is cheap and easy to use. I also felt safe in the hostels neighbourhood and really liked the park close by.
The staff were very friendly and the hostel is in a relatively safe area of town. There’s an amazing vegan burger and milkshake place nearby, Vurger Joint, that we ate at a few times, which was a nice perk. The beds were super soft and comfortable. There was free coffee and tea. The value for money was good. It was really close to the metro, which is really safe and cheap, which was convenient and a big plus.
