The kitchen has all the necessary equipment in case you want to cook something, along with a large refrigerator with space for all guests to store their items, each with their numbered compartment. Federico is a very friendly and attentive person, he sent the information about the house two days in advance, providing all the step-by-step instructions to access the accommodation and use the facilities.

Wonderfull place, very well located in Santiago, in a calm district but at walking distance from the Italian district with all its restaurants. Only 4metro station from the old city. The room was well furnished/ decorated and we had a super breakfast on a sunny balcony. niice welcoming by the holder herself, with good recommandations and she even helped us booking a shared airport shuttle. We definitely recommend the hostel boutique casa la Barca and would be really please to come back

We really enjoyed staying here, the location in proximity to the airport was great for early departures. The host was very communicative and helpful, we also enjoyed meeting other guests that were staying here and talking in the wonderful backyard area.
