I had a great stay at Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel. The hostel is located in a former silo building that has been renovated and transformed into a modern and stylish accommodation - one of the most stylish and nicest accommodation that I have ever experienced! We shared the room (4bed dorms) with 2 other people, everything was super clean - even the shared bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The hostel is close to the tram station and the city center (you can easily walk there), so it was easy to explore Basel and its attractions. I would highly recommend Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel to anyone looking for a unique and affordable stay in Basel.

Set very close to banks of the River Rhine, this designer hostel is next to the old city gate of St. Alban. Amazing hostel, location, breakfast and staff! Loved the building so much!

The Basel Backpack is housed in a renovated historic factory, only 10 minutes from Basel’s main train station. The Basel Mobility Ticket (free public transport) is included in the rates. Personnel was so nice and kind! Also good location!
