The private room was big and really quiet and clean. The shower was really nice. The location is good - around 15 minutes on foot from Maracanã metro station, and quite beside the stadium.

Huge windows that slide open to sea breezes and the sound of the ocean. Street side entrance is on the main walking street filled with restaurants and ambience. Nice continental buffet, included in the price, in an airy room facing the ocean. I've been here before, and it has all the qualities that you would want in a perfect hostel.

I don't know where to start. Everything was amazing! One of the most beautiful hostels I have ever been to. The staff is very helpful, the hostel is super clean, the kitchen super equipped, the wifi great, the breakfast was simple but very good, the bbq on sunday was amazing (and included), the bar in the evening was super! And I enjoyed the location of the hostel a lot

This place is amazing, beautiful and best located. The ppl are amazing, the WhatsApp chat is the BEST idea ever for solo travelers! it has free drinkable water and coffee and hot water for the shower, hairdryer, high functioning WiFi, it's perfect! also a laundry shop and many supermarkets and restaurants are 3 mins walking away! I stayed almost three weeks and already can't wait to go back, it feels like home and the volunteers there are doing a great job. simply perfect
