Set in Ouro Preto, 50 metres from Inconfidencia Museum, La Musica Hostel OuroPreto features views of the city. This is the nicest and the friendliest hostel on Earth! I loved this place!!! I stayed in a female dorm - it was awesome because there are no bunk beds! Mattress was super comfortable, room was spacious enough and it had this vibe of a mountain house (just a heads up there is a lot of stairs - first to the hostel, then to the dorm - not a problem just a remark for people with reduced mobility or ginormous suitcases). It seemed like a mixed dorm had a beautiful view over main square and from the kitchen there was a view over the town, all the churches and the mountains. But the most important thing were the people! This hostel has such a nice vibe you seriously just want to stay there forever! It has all the Rodney (owner) personality and the volunteers were the nicest people on Earth! It was also super clean, couldn’t be better located and seriously- It’s just perfect! Loved, LOVED this place ❤️❤️❤️

Private parking is available on site upon request. - my bus rio-BH was 2 house late... so i missed the check in time. but hostel checked me in after hours (they came especially for that!). - that's a nice extra. - hostel agreed to change my check out day (i stayed only the first night out of 5 that i booked) and to return me the money difference. that was another extra, and i appreciate that.

Featuring a garden, Hostel Tiradentes is situated in Tiradentes. Around a 4-minute walk from Tiradentes Bus Station, the property is also close to Gremio's Field. OMG this is the nicest hostel ever!! I was seriously so upset I didn’t make a reservation for a longer period and it was already all booked up so I couldn’t extend my stay.. It’s a lovely, small hostel, very close to the bus terminal (although a walk is a bit uphill). It was super quiet, very calm, with a really nice breakfast, garden and a pool. There is such a nice vibe and energy you truly want to stay longer just to relax. Internet is amazing - it’s a perfect place for remote workers (there is enough tables inside and outside so that you can make your little working space inside or outside without being bothered by other people). It’s very close to the center and all tourist spots, the walking tours starts just 3 minutes by walk from the hostel. Oh, and the owner is also very friendly. It’s a truly perfect place to stay ❤️

Situated conveniently in the Ouro Preto Old Town district of Ouro Preto, Varanda Hostel E Galeria De Arte is situated 300 metres from Ouro Preto City Hall, 500 metres from Igreja Nossa Senhora do... A fabulous find! A very Bohemian pousada. Thiago's distinctive, colourful work adorns the walls and he couldn't have been more helpful and generous. His English is a little better than my Portuguese so we could have a good chat. He had a long term guest who spoke excellent English also.
