The room was tiny but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked well and the table and chair were great for some work. I was lucky with the view, which was spectacular! I had a view over Central Park and every day I was woken up by a sunrise. It was really magical. The room was also clean, I stayed for 4 nights but after 2 days I got a new towel (which I did not ask for but it was nice). The bathrooms were shared by the whole floor so in the morning between 7 and 8 am I had to wait once, but other than that there were no queues. The bathrooms were cleaned a few times a day so they were fine usually, but unfortunately, some guests left a horrible mess and dirty sinks in the morning (but that's on them, not the hotel). I also enjoyed the location because the hotel is right next to Central Park and close to metro lines. It was also a safe neighbourhood with security in the lobby checking who was entering the building, so there were no strangers allowed and I felt safe in general.

Great location close to the airport and equally close to the Jersey Mills outlet. Shuttle service from and to the airport was simple and effective. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The locality is not safe atall. Room is very tiny. Not even close to what appears in the images online for this place. U cannot even stretch out on the bed for its size. U cannot make call to the host only text messages which is replied in an hour or more so no immediate assistance in case u r locked out or anything . Location is good for proximity to newark penn. Thats the only best part i guess to give some value to this place
Good location from Newark airport - easy to get to with hotel shuttle (from P4) or using the train and a ten minute walk from Newark Penn station.

After a long flight we appreciated the free airport shuttle to the hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was large and clean. It was quiet for sleeping. The breakfast area was very nice and the included breakfast was fully adequate to get the day started. Mini fridge, coffee and safe provided in the room although we did not use them.
Very clean, tidy, safe and homely. I ended up staying longer as thought the value for money for a solo traveller was very good. It was very close to Newark airport also and easy to get into NYC. The owners were very helpful.
Perfect for young people who want to see new york on a budget! Transit is super simple and quick. I stayed here with my partner but as a young woman who used to travel alone a lot I appreciated the doors having ndividual locks. Host was very kind :)
Spacious room, housekeeping was good, lots of storage, big bed, location felt safer than expected, less smoking and shouting than normal for budget hotels. Road noise not bad
