Staff were amazing-couldn’t do enough for us. Booked tours without bumping up the prices (we found out that one family paid nearly double what we did for a snorkelling trip). The room was basic but very clean and comfortable

Really friendly staff, quiet and chilled hostel with the most comfortable beds we've slept in in Thailand. Nice seating area overlooking the water and tasty food. All of Saladan area is easily walkable from here. Saladan Pier is only 2 minutes walk away.
They went out of their way to make space for us when we unexpectedly had to extend our stay at the last minute

I like everything in this place, the bungakows are super clean, spacious and good value for yhe money. 5 min to the beach! The staff were simply amazing, the went above and beyond:) totally recommend:)

This is my 3rd time back to Koh Lanta, and my 3rd time back to Happiness, I was here back in Jan 24 & Feb 24.. this time back, I stayed for 24 nights at this hostel (I booked 2 night on booking.com, so I could leave a review)
It was spruced up, since my last visit.. even though I loved the hostel on my 1st ever visit.. Atom, has made this hostel more homely than it was before, and she's constantly trying to make more improvements to give all her guests the best experience 😀
Since my last visit, the hostel has been painted, new lockers have been installed with key locks for the small lockers and padlocks for the large lockers provided
Her staff, Fah, is an absolutely lovely lady, she is friendly and works hard to keep the hostel clean, and help the guests
She also sometimes sells, thai homemade treats at the hostel.. they're really tasty 😋
Fatty cat is the manager.. he's always very busy, making sure he gets back scratches and pictures from the guests of him being cute
I could honestly write so much about this wonderful hostel.. the beds are so comfy, air con works great, curtains for privacy, a shelf that runs alongside the bed, with a personal safe, light and power socket
The shower pressure is amazing.. Atom recently added an additional water tank as well
Lots of amenities on site.. you get 10% off at Together Cafe if you stay here (which does amazing coffee, breakfasts and lunches)
For the amazing price you pay at this hostel, you get a lot for your money
Motorbikes are avail to rent from the hostel.. and Atom has just purchased pushbikes to rent as well.. it is right opposite a BIG C Mini.. and 7-11 a few min walk away.. its near the beach and nice restaurants nearby (try the noodle bar opposite, amazing food there)
If you need a tour or a transfer to another island/location, these can also be booked from the hostel
There are also private rooms upstairs, if hostels aren't your thing!

Lovely responsive staff who go out of their way to help you, easy check-in (we arrived early and could check in straight away), clean rooms and comfy beds. Nice upstairs outdoor area to hang out with free coffee/tea/water. Less than 5min walking distance to a public pool (down by 7/11), nice swimming beaches, beach bars and lots of good restaurants.
