Family run, authentic and culturally rich space. Outside of the beautifully kept indoor and outdoor spaces (tons of community seating, books and activities for our use), Quinta Estrada sets itself apart with its commitment to community for the pilgrims. As a solo traveler, it’s not often I get invited into a group space with such open arms. A donation based community dinner was organized including homemade appetizers, a first meal, second meal followed up with homemade limoncello and lemon cake.
The rooms are colorful and clean, and well balanced with the number of pilgrims to one room.
The bathroom was also very clean, big and made of stone making it a fun and inviting change to the alburgue bathrooms.
I highly recommend this space!

A perfect place to spend an afternoon resting while on the Camino. We had the double room and it was so refreshing to have a nice private bathroom and comfortable double bed after many nights in dorm rooms. The team was so kind and accommodating and there is plenty of space to relax. They have a washing machine and for 15€ we had a delicious vegetarian meal with dessert and a drink included. Breakfast was included with our room!

Located in Caminha, Albergue de São Bento offers beachfront accommodations a 11-minute walk from Pedras Ruivas Beach and has facilities like a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
A very reasonable budget option. The room was simple but spotless with freshly laundered white sheets. Excellent safe parking.
I'll definitely stay here again.
Very nice hostel with great location and primarily very clean! The owner of the hostel really takes care of the hygiene, it wasn't crowded like other hostels, there were only a few beds in the room. I appreciate the individual approach and nice breakfast.
The hostel was so charming and homely and cosy, with great decor as well. The host was super friendly and helpful, which was truly appreciated! The beds felt comfortable, safe and private. It is also at a great location in the Valença fortaleza.
The true spirit of the Camino is here in this wonderful hostel. Great company, great location and a warm and appreciate welcome for everyone.
