The decor is quirky and eclectic which makes for a unique experience. The cats are adorable and friendly without being too up in your space and the free dessert when I arrived made it feel like I was coming to stay at my weird aunts rather than a hostel. What really made my stay however were the staff! They were so welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed my chats with them. Andrew was working reception when I got in and helped me store my surfboard in the hostel with no hassle. He gave me a great tour of the hostel amenities and even made me some tea! The cherry on top is how close the location is to the ferry
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
