We absolutely loved the welcome Mark and Lisette gave us. The location was fantastic and breakfast and supper is really good. Mark gave us a Salsa workshop, which we really liked. They really did their best to make your stay unique. It is also very nice that you can rent a scooter right from the hostel.

The place was very clean and tidy, tranquil, and no noise at night which is rare in Nicaragua because there's always someone making some noise. The food was quality, homemade vegan goodness. Making a fire was cool and it has all the modern amenities like a fridge and cooking equipment so you can bring beer. Didn't have any bugs unlike some of the other hostels i stayed in on Ometepe. It's quite a good location equidistance between the two towns and near the start of Volcan Concepción. I recommend renting an ATV rather than a scooter at the port and picking it up in Ometepe, don't trust the people on the San Jorge side. The hostel also offers scooter rental although I picked mine up at port. Very photogenic hostel and peaceful.

The cabañas are owned by a local family that really put their customers first. We were picked up at the ferry, last minute taxi request was handled by the father of the family himself, and the sons were always around to answer any questions. The WhatsApp service was amazing and we always had an answer within the half hour. The location is beautiful and remote. There is an amazing and remote beach nearby that is perfect for the sunset. You can do laundry and have breakfast or dinner that is done/prepared by the mother of the family. It was a real great experience to stay here with this family!

I loved the place, it is located a few meters from the beach, it was a very quiet place and a very beautiful view in the morning, we were able to go for a walk and we saw some monkeys, we have rented a Scooter in the place at a good price, the breakfast was very rich and the attention was very good it is a new Hostel and we liked to share with the staff that is very attentive we wish them much success and for us it was very nice to stay here we would have liked to stay more but it was our last night on the island.
