Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
I loved the chill and cosy vibe of the hostel ! The common room was ideal to relax after hiking, watch the Euro football games and eat while meeting people. You can also get a delicious and complete dinner (7€) freshly cooked by Sue. Everything was clean and the location is great, near the center, the bus station and the hiking paths.
Hostel right in the centre of Kalabaka, perfect location. Bed was comfortable, room and bathrooms were clean. The curtains in the bunk beds give some privacy. In spite of the central location it was quiet. The couple who run the hostel are very friendly and helpful. They booked tickets for the bus for Thessaloniki for me. There's a communal kitchen, but I didn't use it.
Everything was perfect, super clean & chill hostel, great location too. Shout out to Kostas, Teo and Moe who were super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I regret is not staying long enough to try the family dinner haha
All was fantastic my best hostel after 10 days road trip.
Close to meteores by walking or bus, close to buses station. Comon area very friendly. Bathrooms and kitchen moderns and really clean all day. Quiet to sleep. Towels smell so good.
Kostas is a very helpfull and kind owner.
The volunteers are working with smile here because an human place.
I recommand this lovely hostel. I would like coming again.
Best hostel i've slept at in Greece. Super comfy beds, bunk beds that don't move or make noise when the botton or the upper person in the bunk moves. Owners were friendly and were willing to help in any way possible. Great atmosphere and small but very useful kitchen. 10/10 would recommend!
This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in! They have a big kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds with real blankets and a nice common area. But most of all I found the hosts super welcoming, Kostas was very helpful and I enjoyed talking to him and the volunteers. I'd definitely love to come back one day!
Best hostel I stayed at in Greece and best welcome/introduction I ever had in a hostel, ever. Antoine is the best. He goes through the map with you and answers every questions you may have and makes perfect recommendations every time. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean all the time. Location is great, walking distance to everything and quiet at night. The common areas are very clean, comfortable and well laid out so it is easy to socialize.
Great team, great location.
A dinner was even prepared for thise not wanting to go outside, at an extremeley affordable price.
Everyone was really helpful and friendly.
It was all clean, with possibilities of cooking, washing clothes etc.
A safe is provided in every chamber and I felt really safe leaving my belonging at the hostel.
Fantastic experience, comfy private hostel beds, sort of like pods, safe place to lock/store baggage, amazing hostess helped me print my boarding pass for my outgoing flight. Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at easily
