beautiful villa in a great location with a great pool. off road parking lots of space for a family holiday. owner was very helpful and friendly. I would most definitely recommend this villa.
Host was incredibly forth-coming. When we arriver there was no shampoo at the property, but the host immediately drove to the apartment to gave us a bottle. We were impressed.

The location is perfect, in the center of Ciutadella (the best place for the accommodation), 3 minutes walking from the old town. A big parking is available next to the hostel. Common places, bathrooms, and bedrooms are always clean. Kitchen is super comfortable, well-stocked, and an amazing place to meet new people. Owners are friendly and polite.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Great service from the staff, they are very responsive to WhatsApp when the reception is closed. The communal kitchen is very spacious, room was comfortable, bathrooms clean. And located right in the centre of ciutadella. Bus stops for exploring the Island are
a 10 minute walk away.
This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. There are people cleaning every day. I have lived in Japan and I can say that the cleanliness is not inferior to a Japanese hotel. Alice at the reception will give you the best service and you can ask her any questions you may have. I will choose this place again next time！
Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to some great (cheap) restaurants and an awesome cocktail bar on the cliff overlooking the beach.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Ciutadella! Excellent value and well equipped for the price you pay. Don't let the word "hostel" put you off as it definitely feels like a hotel; there's housekeeping each day, a fridge, safe and TV in the room, soaps and shower gel provided in your private bathroom... everything I needed for a few nights stay. Friendly staff, accommodated my late check in, and held onto my luggage after check out as I had a late flight. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
