Featuring tiled floors and wooden furniture, all rooms have a fan and a private bathroom with amenities. There is a TV, safe and work desk. Most rooms have a balcony. I don't usually write reviews but this place really exceeded my expectations. It was a very "homey" enviornment where every single staff member went out of their way to help me with excursions, transportation, etc. It was in the perfect locations, very clean and comfortable, beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect and a great price.

The simple rooms ideally complement the tranquil feel of the city. Meet other travellers for a drink at the hostal bar, or bond over a meal at the restaurant. Great location - walkable to all sights and buses. Ferry port too though that’s a bit longer. Staff super helpful and they even gave us a beach umbrella. Amazing buffet breakfast. And our room was very nice… didn’t realize that we had reserved a full suite / apartment (our other hotel canceled on us somewhat last minute) - turned out great as we had a mini fridge and plenty of room to spread out, a drying rack for clothes and such.

Within easy walking distance of sights and restaurants. Large communal cooking and eating area. Lovely terrace although bit devoid of seating during my stay. Although shared bathroom, it was large and clean.

Located in the quiet area of the old town of Ciutadella in Menorca, Grupoandria El Claustre de Ciutadella - HOSPEDERIA features a big terrace and library. The Cathedral of Menorca and the Plaza del Mercado are a short walk away. Great location and very nice terrace in the city centre. We loved our stay and hope to come back!
