Highly recommended for solo travelers or family stacation. The hostel was clean, service was good. They have great view in every corner. Beautiful lake, and you can also swim. I loved it!
The view was as promised at a great location. The apartment is really beautiful and the amenities are top notch. Everything was clean and organized. All the basic amenities were already provided on top of what we is mentioned in the summary. Host came to check on us personally as we were trying to reach her during check-in. She gave us nice recommendations and is very well informed about the location and is an excellent guide.
I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. I made the mistake of not reserving dinner 24 hours ahead of time and they still kindly let me have dinner at the hostel. The location was amazing! Right on the water with a dock and watercraft for rent (very cheap too!). The sunset over the lake was absolutely beautiful.
