With mountain views, Catba Papillon Garden Bungalows & Resort is situated in Cat Ba and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. We absolutely loved the property, it was like a little slice of Paradise. The owner (Dai) is super helpful and even arranged our boat tour and bus to our next destination. The property offered the use of motorbikes (for a small fee) to get around the Island. This family run resort is very welcoming and relaxing! A massive thank you to Henry also who was very helpful and kind and made our stay even better! Would highly recommend this place to others! Additionally, the laundry service is marvellous - our clothes smell so fresh!

Set 1 km from Cat Co 2 Beach, Napoli Hostel offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. It was one of the best hostels in CatBa. I had a relief when I arrived here after bad experience in another hostel. This hostel is amazing. Firstly, they have tea and snacks 24/7 and small things always make us happy! They have pool table that you can play whole day. The stuff is wonderful here. Gem is amazing young and beautiful lady who takes care of all of her customers. It’s more like a Homestay than hostel. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they even ask you if your bed is needed to be cleaned. I felt like I was staying in the hotel. Honestly! I love this place, people, delicious and various breakfast in the mornings, the energy of the hostel! Everything was perfect! Don’t miss the change to book a room or bed here! You gonna love it!

This is first time i travel Halong and i booked The Bay after reviewing online, all is good during staying time. Host is so kind and enthusiastic, he help us a lot bring luggage to room, booking Halong Bay tour and bus back to Hanoi. We will be back staying here in next time. Highly recommend!!!!!

The owner is super sweet, he was very helpful and he helped me organised everything around my (short) stay in Cat ba. The room and all spaces were very clean. I didn’t get the chance to do the boat tour because of the weather but I’m sure it’s great value

Situated within 1.3 km of Bai Chay Beach and 700 metres of Ha Long Queen Cable Car, Xuân Hồng Guest House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ha Long. The location is great, quiet and close to everything at the same time. The owner is super friendly and helpful and speaks good English. She helped us with all our needs - to rent a motorbike, to book a boat tour for decent price. Our room on the 5th floor had an amazing sea view. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
