The room was bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures and super comfortable. It’s located a short walk from the plaza de armas and right on the corner for the buses to Chan Chan ruins and the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome.

Great host, location and wifi connection. The terrace is also a huge plus. I really enjoyed my stay at this place, although I didn´t like the city itself that much. If ever returning to Trujillo, I would definitely stay here again and do recommend this accommodation to anybody!

Situated just 500 metres from Huancarute, Travelershouse Casa Hospedaje features accommodation in Huanchaco with access to a fitness centre, a shared lounge, as well as full-day security. Clean bedroom with comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower had warm water. Big kitchen with plenty of appliances for making food. Big roof terrace with nice views and area to dry clothes. The host was also super friendly. Far enough away from the busy end of town to get a good night sleep but close enough to walk there easily.

Boasting a patio with sea views, a garden and a shared lounge, Casa Hospedaje San Miguel can be found in Trujillo, close to El Mogote and 2.9 km from Huancarute. The room is enormous with 4 double beds, 2 large windows and a private bathroom. Nicely decorated with beautiful paintings, much nicer than the photos.The kitchen has everything you need, and the lady there is very kind and helpful. The owner is very attentive to any messages. The rooftop terrace has spectacul sunsets over the sea, and you even have sea views from your room. The WiFi is excellent and the beach is just 4 blocks away. There's a shop around the corner that sells everything including fresh meat. The price was more than reasonable. I was so sad to leave this place, but I definitely plan to be back for a longer stay.
