This was such an excellent place! The room was bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures and super comfortable. It’s located a short walk from the plaza de armas and right on the corner for the buses to Chan Chan ruins and the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome.

Everything was tailored towards surfing, which was awesome, such as having buckets for wetsuits, showers downstairs post-surfing, clothes racks, surf board rentals and lessons. Otherwise private rooms, spacious kitchen, super close to the beach, amazing vibes, etc. Diego is also a great surf teacher/coach. I have learned so much from him and the video analysis. I originally planned 3 night and ended up staying 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place - look no further.

The hosts were so kind, I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. I came to this hotel looking for a few days of rest, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to recover well. I will definitely be back here again, and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The rooms are well soundproofed, so guests do not disturb each other. The manager is almost always available and gets all things done . It is a nice place to relax and spend some time in Huanchaco
