Located a bit further from the centre, but it makes the surroundings very peaceful. 5 mins walking to the shop and about 10-15 mins to the centre.

IT WAS KINDA FLOP AND SCARY. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. DRIVING TO KUANTAN TOWN TOOK ABOUT 28MINUTES WITHOUT TRAFFICS. FROM THE HOUSE TO SUNGAI PANDAN WATERFALL TOOK ABOUT 20MINUTES WITHOUT TRAFFIC. NEARBY 7ELEVEN STORE 24HOURS.
