Both meals are served in the outdoor common area by the river. 6 of the rooms have incredible garden views. The other 3 don’t have as nice a view.
Although you are 7 or so min from town, this is a great place to stay (specially if you have a car). If not, transport is also available.

Beautiful property, friendly owner, and good breakfasts! Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. WiFi in the common space worked very well. Location is a bit outside of town, which we liked because it was so peaceful and gorgeous! We even saw hornbills at breakfast!!

The Canopy inn is a very basic guest house. You get a bedroom with “okay” beds, okay pillows and a blanket. But it has AC, private toilets, and toilet paper. Plus its location is killer!! (I mean center of
Town best location around killer).
It’s okay. It’s *very* basic but it’s clean, it’s cheap and did I mention the location is amazing? If you have the right frame of mind it’s charming.

I really loved my stay at Agosto. Ann is a lovely host! She truly cares about you and tries to help you with whatever you need. The bad was comfortable and the hostel had a really nice calm & social vibe. Would definitely recommend it!!:)
Luka is a super sympathetic, friendly but above all a very helpful host.
He is happy to help you with all kinds of information and responds quickly to messages. The homestay is just like in the photos. It is neat and everything is there, including a small refrigerator in the room.
Air conditioning works fine but is a little bit noisy so we used the fan instead at night.
More than enough delicious breakfast!

I liked everything. Jason is a great host. Hostel is clean, with nice view, AC in each room, nice terrace. Jason helps organizing trips around the jungle and also can explain how to move around on your own. There is great atmosphere!
Everything was perfect. We stayed with our family in the Homestay, a very big house with all the equipment. The staff was friendly and helped us to book some tours (great guides just for our family). The breakfast was also really good.
Jason is a great host who puts interest in his guests. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable with a beautiful view on the river. You can book tours with Jason and they are cheaper as well! The location is just next to the river with restaurants and of course the national park!
Jason was a great host, he was always around to answer questions and helped to arrange tours of the national park and onward travel. The hostel is in a great location, with amazing views of the river and the national park. The dorm was spacious, the showers were clean with hot water and there was a really nice outdoor area for socialising.
Loved our stay here! Jason was a great host and the views from the terrace are unmatched for Kuala Tahan. Room was comfortable and bathrooms clean. No curtain on top bunk but I don’t mind that personally. We booked an extra night after we did the overnight cave trek and Jason looked after our bags for us. Free water and coffee is always a plus!
