The place is on a very quiet street, however, it was easy to get a tuk tuk in and out of town or to any place of interest.

Tommy has something very special going on at Delft Village Stay. The accommodation, facilities, vibe and island itself are excellent. I can't recommend this place enough.

Tony and his crew are extremely helpful and nice people. It is always a pleasure to be welcomed with a warm smile. Room and common toilet are very clean and confortable. They are basic but more than enough for the price. Breakfast was delicious (it is a pitty that I could have it only one day) and I liked also the water refilling station. Tony helped me to organise my trip around Jaffna penninsula and Delft island. It was a pleasure to be hosted in Tony's Garden House inn and would repeat with no doubt.

First of all, I want to thank the Host for allowing us an early check in (5am). I was travelling with my mother and father from colombo by bus and we were tired after the journey and we wanted an early check in. The host, helped us with bus booking and early check in without any extra charges. The caretaker was awake at 5am to see to it that we were comfortable with out check in process. We stayed at this farmhouse for three days and it was just splendid. Bit away from the town, the property and the rooms were very spacious and had all amenities. Just the right way to end our Sri Lankan Tour. A relaxed laid back stay. Thank you very much for making us comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Surendran and Mr. Piraseen. Highly recommended.

The guest house has family rooms. wonderful place to stay. the outside patio is great to chill and read a book or meet some fellow travelers. we liked the environmental responsibility of the host: he supplied water for his guests so they don’t have to buy so many plastic bottles. every guest house should offer this. Wi-Fi worked very well.
