Owner and family couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful and went out of their way on a number of occasions to assist us and other guests during our stay. The owners son also spoke with us at length about the history of the house, the town and Sri Lanka, he was very knowledgeable. Well located with restaurants close by and a lovely walk to Lovers Leap waterfall. Great value for money and a good breakfast to start the day. Definitely highly recommended

As a solo female traveler, staying here I felt so safe and at home. The owner and his wife are so utterly sweet and hardworking. The owner has a TukTuk and for a very fair price, he picked me up/dropped me off at the train station. On top of this, he offered different excursion options on his TukTuk for tea plantations, hikes, waterfalls, etc. The owner honestly went above and beyond, not only was he a wonderful host, but also a great driver and tour guide. What really touched my heart was when he took me to the Horton Plains National Park and ended up doing the WHOLE hike with me because he did not want me to do it alone and wanted to make sure I was safe. Their home is a very cute 100+-year-old house, with two rooms. The room was spotlessly clean and had comfy beds with warm blankets for the chilly nights. The price includes breakfast and if you have an early excursion/train time they pack you a full breakfast as well! They also offer lunch and dinner, which the wife cooks. It was honestly the best food I had on my trip to Sri Lanka especially the chicken curry and dhal curry.

Väga lihtne kodumajutus. Pererahvas oli väga sõbralik ja pakutav toit väga maitsev. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel ilus kosk ja raudtee sild.

Lovely place in a great location, close to town and the lake! hosts very friendly and formative. Room comfortable and good warm shower.

Aia ja sisehoovivaatega Serendipity Lake Artistic Bungalow by Heidis Home asub Nuwara Eliyas, 1,2 km kaugusel Gregory järvest ja 6,1 km kaugusel Hakgala botaanikaaiast. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room is very clean and the paintings are beautiful. The owner herself painted the whole house, as you can see in the pictures. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone must try chitra special sandwich.
