The hosts are a very lovely elderly couple who hosted us with great warmth and hospitality. We felt so at home, even though if we communicated via the Google Translator (this is totally viable)! The room is very cozy and has a magnificent view on the Tama River down below. We definitely recommend to take the breakfast option: it is a traditional Japanese breakfast prepared by the hosts, it was very delicious. They have two cute cats, which visit while you eat. We regret staying only for two days!

At many other smaller hostels there is not much space for luggage, but here there was a lot of space below the bed. The doors are noiseproof, which is also nice. Washing machine and dryer are very cheap and way faster than most other accommodations I've been to. It was very clean.
