Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. I loved how everything was Modern, clean & fresh, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was very good, it was close proximity to the train station, a small convenience store & the town.

Very good location, the train station is in 5 minutes walk, but there is everything nearby what you need(Coop,pharmacy etc). We also liked the Nespresso coffee machine and the water boiler in the room.
