Very central location. The room was fresh, clean, all the furniture and equipment was new and modern. Comfortable bed and room temperature, and good shower. Smooth check-in and check-out, got a detailed video instruction from the staff. Very good value and totally recommended.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Paolo was such a personable host who made us feel at home. He met us at check in and chatted with us about the history of cinque Terre, the best places to eat and what to see and do. It was amazing.

There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
