The breakfast was very good; very nice fresh bread and everything was fresh and lots of choice and good coffee, the house has been recently renovated to a top standard , we were greeted at the gate and parking is very secure we felt very welcome thanks to the owners nephew who is running the hotel, such a nice boy and doing a great job, he also brought us to the train staion when we were off to visit the Cinque Terre,

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Very central location. The room was fresh, clean, all the furniture and equipment was new and modern. Comfortable bed and room temperature, and good shower. Smooth check-in and check-out, got a detailed video instruction from the staff. Very good value and totally recommended.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. Incredible view in the best location. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Paolo was such a personable host who made us feel at home. He met us at check in and chatted with us about the history of cinque Terre, the best places to eat and what to see and do. It was amazing.

Titi Rooms asub La Spezias, 700 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja 1,2 km kaugusel Tehnilisest Meremuuseumist. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. It's a short walk away from the station, which is great for everyday travel to Cinque Terre. There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
