The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Lobo's Guesthouse has a balcony and is set in Cavelossim, within just 600 metres of Cavelossim Beach and less than 1 km of Varca Beach. It is located 11 km from Margao Railway Station and offers a 24-hour front desk. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The personnel was super friendly and helpful in most matters. The room had A/C, a large bathroom and comfy beds. I do recommend the place.

The owners are lovely and very helpful - I felt very welcome.
