Need and clean the housekeeper are well behaved & the location is quiet, with a natural environment. If there was a self cooking kitchen material available in the room it will be 100% well done. I would recommend it. If i ever visit South Goa in the near future i would be happy to book the same

The 3 resident canines are as well a delight. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and sufficiently spacious. If you are looking for something warm and away from the buzz, this is for you. Absolutely everything!! The hosts go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. There was a kitchen and washing machine and an ironbox too! The rooms were soooo clean and neatly maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony too! I didn't have any expectations before staying but boy was this one of the best stays ever! Totally worth it and highly recommended.

We loved this place. Very calm and quiet set in lovely gardens with a very welcoming pool. It is in a perfect position,10 minutes walk to either village or beach. I’ve saved the best until last. Marina and Caitano were great hosts, very friendly and always willing to help. Good location, which was tranquil with a lovely pool and gardens. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. The appartements are comfy and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Perfect stay, just what I had hoped for. Very basic rooms: bed, fan and private baathroom. Ideal location near the heart of Colva, but in a rather quiet side road.
