We were 6 persons in three rooms, Rooms were very neat n clean, with all facilities including towels, soap, Air conditioning, Tea kettle with tea bags, sugar bags n milk powder and most amazing is facility of kitchen with gas n cooker to cook our own dish. No where we have seen such wonderful facility. Owner John Sir and his Son, Wife, n Mother all are always with smiling face. Very great experience we enjoyed at Villa Cleto Guest House. Its in a green neighbourhood, nice quiet road which you can walk to the beautiful Bogmalo beach. The place has a lot of potential - with a spot for outdoor sitting area in evening and a bonfire. A largish garden.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Breakfast was okay but for guest that are travelling from outside of Goa - the breakfast should have more options that aren't just suited for locals. There was enough to eat, but some options of general india would be great.
This property is awesome and the host avneesh is a great host who understands the needs and facilities accordingly. Society has all the amenities and decent crowd also everything including airport is nearby.

Our stay at this home stay in Goa was nothing short of magical! The studio room's blue-themed ambiance was simply mesmerizing, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. Everything was meticulously organized, from the decor to the amenities, making it a truly comfortable and memorable experience. The attention to detail was impressive.
The hospitality by Ms. Shalaka during our stay was extremely comforting for us.
The place was clean and simple, like you would expect in a homestay, the surrounding area was very clam and peaceful unlike the crowded and touristy places in Goa. Also a plus point was that its very close to the airport.
I stayed in Cinco Filhas for some days to go diving with Gary (Goa Diving, just 2 min waling down the road). the room was very clean, the mattress was superb and I slept like a baby after a long day in the sun and under water. The beach with restaurants is a 5 min walk away so location is great.
Big plus: unlike accommodations near the beach which suffer under the very loud noise from water sports and people having drinks and the beach, the Cinco Filhas is very quiet and peaceful.
