The neighbourhood was also quiet, allowing me to get peaceful sleep! There were many e-Rickshaws on the nearby road, allowing me get to the Mahavihara in 5 minutes every morning, which was very convenient. Santosh is an incredibly caring host, telling me the best spots to eat at and taking me on his motorbike to buy souvenirs, and even helped me pick out a wedding gift! Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. I would love to have the pleasure of staying with him again.

It was clean and quiet, set back from the main road, and offers coffee and tea at any time. Special thanks to Gautam, who showed me around, took me to the Dungeshwari cave, to local villages, and to the school they have built for children from poor families who cannot afford an education. The most amazing is that half of the guesthouse's revenue goes directly to supporting the school. After nearly a month in India, this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. Amazing people. I’m confident there is no better choice in the area.
