The host lady was happy to prepare local specialties for us such as jackfruit. In addition to the hearty and tasty breakfast that was included in the price of our stay, we could order additional delicious food at any time, which was very convenient because we didn't have to leave the accommodation when the weather was very hot. We felt simply at home here. If we ever return to Bodhgaya, we would definitely stay here again.

I went with my parents, and they also found the guest house suitable for their liking. What really sets this hotel apart is the friendly and attentive hosts. We went there during Holi festival week. So many temples and shops were closed. But the guest house staff provided valuable information so we could visit the temples during the limited open hours. They speak English fluently and are always on hand to provide guidance and advice on the best things to see and do in the area. If you plan to visit Bodhgaya, especially if you are someone like me who plans a trip without a guide or travel agency.
