The facilities are amazing with a luxurious pool. The owner is extremely hospitable and friendly making it the best experience I’ve had in all of my travels. He’s very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about Sabah during my short stay. Will definitely come back.

AA Homestay 位在姆魯，提供座位區。 住宿地點從機場步行往公園的半路上，容易找到，雖然是木造平房，但維持的非常整齊乾淨！出乎我們的預期！在屋裡不穿拖鞋也不會覺得有灰塵！房間跟浴室也很乾淨！有24小時的供電，沒有冷氣跟熱水，風扇風力很強，晚上睡覺不會感覺熱，房裡不會有蚊子昆蟲！老闆娘的炒飯炒麵很好吃😋份量足，附近有兩三家cafe，售賣的食物大同小異，其實在AA用餐就可以了。 唯一的遺憾是跟老闆娘借吹風機，但是沒有，這有點失望。 mulu最好的homestay選擇。 一定要買「digi」電話卡，我們使用的很順暢。

We had a wonderful stay at Seladah Homestay. The property consists of two combined houses, making it quite spacious with a total of eight rooms (two rooms downstairs and the rest upstairs). It features an RFID door lock system and an automatic gate with a remote, so there’s no need to use a traditional key. We arrived late at night, but self-check-in was convenient, allowing us to settle in without waiting for the owner. The homestay also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, estimated at around 500 Mbps. Since all guests live under the same roof, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your housemates. Our rooms, located upstairs, were designed for two people and came with private bathrooms, which was very convenient. The living room has TVs available for use, and a washing machine is beneath the staircase. The parking area accommodates about three cars inside the compound and two additional cars outside. The owner was also very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you very much for a great experience! I will definitely return for my next stay. :)

I love the easy way as self checked in and out. Location is superb. Theres so many malls and easy to get foods. Room was so clean, hopefully they maintain it. The decoration is simple and smart. And the staff so concerned towards the guest's comfortability.

It was a lovely home stay and you can swim in the river here. There is no Aircon but a really big fan so make sure you can handle the heat. Really good food every night and even though it's a 10 min walk to the park I would definitely stay here again
