We had a wonderful stay at Seladah Homestay. The property consists of two combined houses, making it quite spacious with a total of eight rooms (two rooms downstairs and the rest upstairs). It features an RFID door lock system and an automatic gate with a remote, so there’s no need to use a traditional key. We arrived late at night, but self-check-in was convenient, allowing us to settle in without waiting for the owner. The homestay also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, estimated at around 500 Mbps. Since all guests live under the same roof, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your housemates. Our rooms, located upstairs, were designed for two people and came with private bathrooms, which was very convenient. The living room has TVs available for use, and a washing machine is beneath the staircase. The parking area accommodates about three cars inside the compound and two additional cars outside. The owner was also very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you very much for a great experience! I will definitely return for my next stay. :)

I arrived late (around 22h30) and even though he likes to wake up at 4h30, we kept talking for about half an hour. Then, he goes: "do you want me to show you around?" >> he went on giving me a guided kuching tour in his car. He even wanted to buy me a drink but no shops were open at midnight. Besides this, he would leave traditional sweets for breakfast every day. Legend!!

The decoration is simple and smart. And the staff so concerned towards the guest's comfortability.

Guests at the homestay can enjoy an Asian breakfast. If your staying in Mulu, I would recommended this place a lot! It was a lovely home stay and you can swim in the river here. There is no Aircon but a really big fan so make sure you can handle the heat. Really good food every night and even though it's a 10 min walk to the park I would definitely stay here again
